This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate willing to progress themselves in the Early Years sector. My Client is looking to appoint a Nursery Manager wanting a challenging and varied role and to be part of an exciting period in the nursery.
You will be caring for children aged from 2 months up to 4 years in a nursery environment. You role will be to manage a team of staff, inspiring a high quality of childcare and education and providing leadership.
The successful candidate will take specific leadership responsibility for aspects of the EYFS including English and Maths, Pupil Premium, LAC or SEN. The successful candidate will be dynamic with great interpersonal skills and an ability to positively influence and motivate others.
Salary and shifts:
£19,368 - £21,236 per annum, working 37 hours a week on average.
What you will need to apply:
You must have proven experience in a supervisory capacity in a day care/early years setting and proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience of team working is essential. You must have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/4-9), or equivalent . You must also have a recognised Early Years qualification at Level 4 or above.
