We are actively seeking experienced Registered Paediatric Nurses (RPN) to join our team at Vetro Recruitment, to work on the Paediatric Wards within the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board.

£25.00 to £40.00 (PAYE Std)
£32.32 to £51.71 (FCSA approved Umbrella)
About the Role:
General Paediatrics Inpatient and Outpatient Servicesare located within the University Hospital of Wales, University Hospital Llandough, and the main Children's Hospital for Wales building.
Paediatrics is based in the University Hospital of Wales where there are 131 paediatric beds.
There is a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a High Dependency Unit (HDU), a Clinical Investigation Unit and an Assessment Unit.
The Department of Child Health at Cardiff University is closely associated with the teaching, research and clinical services at the hospital.
We have ongoing, flexible shifts available with either full or part-time hours to suit your availability. We are especially interested to hear from RPNs who are compassionate, committed and have experience nursing in various paediatric settings. You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, providing a first class service and commitment to making a difference in the lives of these patients and their families.
Duties will include:
Administering medication
Reviewing and planning care for patients
The implementation of care and treatment plans
Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including liaising with families.

Key Requirements:
You must be a Registered Paediatric Nurse with at least 6 months relevant and recent experience
You must hold a valid NMC PIN
Up-to-date training certificates - All Wales Passport Practical Training (Moving & Manual Handling AND Violence & Aggression Training)
