I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior manager within children's residential services.
The role is as a Regional Manager to join a national organisation that cares and supports for children and young people within residential services, across the country.
As the Regional Manager you will be overseeing the management of 7 residential services in the Lancashire region, these services specialise in care and support for children and young people with EBD.
Pay: basic salary up to £55,000, + car allowance, plus very generous bonus potential
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5.
Locations: Services are across Lancashire, including: Burnley, Accrington, Bury and surrounding areas.
- Work within SMT ensuring that services are managed effectively
- line manage Registered Managers
- Ensure services in your area are meeting OFSTED standards
- Liaise with MDT
- Recruitment and staff development
- Offer strategic management input to improve services
- Assist with safeguarding issues
- Help develop and grow region, potentially opening new homes
To be considered you will need to have multi-site management, level 5 and experience managing children's residential services
