Vetro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a a resourceful and passionate Regional Manager to join a well established, nationwide organisation.

This role is for a 12 month Maternity Cover contract starting in April 2019.

The services that you will be managing, will be between Falkirk, Forth Valley, Perth and Alloa (Office based in Glasgow). This is a relatively small patch which is currently going through a large amount of development.

The services that you will be responsible for will be a mix between Supported Living and Outreach Services, caring for Adults with learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and acquired brain injuries.

The Regional Manager will play a key role in the region's exciting growth plans and develop Community Integrated Care's presence as a leading provider in the region with appropriate local brand identity and organisational profile.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.

As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organisation's business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.

Pay for the role is £35,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance. Full Time: 37.5 hours per week.

About You

With strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving and developing service delivery, you will ideally have a proven track record of managing multiple sites within an operational environment.

You will also have an understanding of quality and care in a regulated environment, be able to build sound internal and external relationships and an ability to inspire and motivate your teams.

It is also desirable that you will have a good knowledge of the areas that the services are based, experience opening and developing new services and experience within learning disabilities and mental health services.
