We are currently recruiting for a Full time, permanent - Registered Children's Home Manager in Southampton.
You will be involved in the start up of the new home and will need to have previous experience within a Managers role within a Children's home.
For this position you will have to be passionate, confident and an innovative leader. You will be responsible for operational day to day management of the home ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Skills Required:
To be successful for this role of Registered Care Manager, it is essential you have the following skills and attributes.
- Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Minimum Experience managing Children's Homes: 2 Years (required)
- Working in a child care setting: 5 Years (required)
- Effective leadership and time management skills
- Good Working knowledge and understanding of current child care legislation.
In return, the client can offer a competitive salary of £35-£40,000 per annum along with development training, company pension scheme and more!
