We are currently recruiting for an exciting management opportunity to manage a residential children's home, based in Bolton.
The role is to become the Registered Manager of a mixed gender children's home, that cares and supported up to 4 young people.
The young people are aged between 8-17 and have emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviours.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the young people that are under your care and being cared for to the highest standard, meeting OFSTED requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity, working for a new upcoming regional children's organisation with incredible career progression, offering stability, staff care, funded training and support to gain relevant skills and qualifications.
The salary is between £30,000 and £40,000 dependant on experience.
The role will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, however, a degree of flexibility would be expected, as well as cover if needed for sickness and holidays.
To be considered for the role, you would need the below:
- NVQ LEVEL 4/5
- Experience as either a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager of a similar service
- Experience caring and managing services for young people with EBD
