We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager to join one of the largest specialist Learning Disabilities charities within the UK. The role will be to manage two supported living sites in Stroud & Stonehouse.

About the Role
Your role as Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a number of services whilst inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure your services are safe, caring, effective and well-led. This is a great opportunity to gain registered status, take on new responsibilities and build your management and leadership skills.
You'll be managing teams of people a person-centred model to support adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead enjoyable, fulfilling lives. This is a key role and you'll have a wide range of responsibilities across several different residential support services.
Responsibilities cover people management, legislation, compliance and finance. You'll be managing your own business unit, with accountability to your Regional Manager, who will offer guidance and support. You will also be involved in some special projects.
You will care about how you work in partnership with others, working closely with the people that the service support and their families, along with your colleagues and local authorities.
About the Service
The service supports adults with learning Disabilities across their two sites in Stroud & Stonehouse. Each home has been adapted to meet the requirements of the people supported there. Where appropriate, specialist equipment is provided throughout the homes in addition to personalised technology to enhance resident care and promote independence.
The service is close partnership with resident family members and allied health professionals to help encourage person centred care. You will be providing care and support up to a total of 40 adults across a multitude of sites.
As a Registered Cluster Manager you will be a valued member of the team and will have a huge positive impact on the people that you support. You will be providing support to a variety of individuals, helping them to achieve an independent, happy life and home.
About You (the ideal candidate)
- Have a demonstrated ability to support and guide staff to plan services and record progress
- Managing and optimizing budgets for the service and using management accounts.
- Have obtained a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Level 5 or willingness to work toward
- Ability to respond professionally, quickly and flexibly in a crisis.
- We are looking for experienced Registered Managers with previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities, alternatively if you are an experienced Deputy Manager looking for an opportunity to step up into a Registered Manager role.
