We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join an expanding organisation, based in Aigburth, Liverpool.

The organisation is lead by experienced social care professionals who have the aim to create a safe nurturing environment for young people with EBD.

The service you will be managing, will be a 3 bedded EBD children's residential home. The young people are between the ages of 13 and 17, who have EBD.

The home is settled, with both the young people and staff, the young people people are in full time education and the staff retention is currently at 85%, recruiting and promoting within.

You will provide a nurturing and homely environment for the young people to thrive. You will also be expected to set boundaries, lead by example and support the young people as much as possible, to ensure their transition to adulthood is the best it can be.

Pay - £35,000 (negotiable) , plus an attractive performance based bonus.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous rating of 'Outstanding' or 'Good' by OFSTED as a Registered Manager, in a children's residential service.
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
3 Years experience working as a manager in children's residential care
Effective Leadership and people skills
Experience in taking part and leading inspections
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage the home budget
Current enhanced DBS check
Current driving licence
