Vetro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join an expanding organisation, based in Liverpool.
The organisation is well established, it has services both in the North West and South West of England.
The service you will be managing is a beautiful 3 bedded home, which is based in West Derby. The service that cares for Children with Autism and LD.
As the Registered Manager you will provide a nurturing and homely environment for the young people to thrive. You will also be expected to set boundaries, lead by example and support the young people as much as possible, to ensure their transition to adulthood is the best it can be.
Pay - £35,000 (negotiable)
The ideal candidate will have:
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
1 Years experience working as a manager in children's residential care or 3 years as a Deputy Manager
Experience with LD and Autism
Effective Leadership and people skills
Experience in taking part and leading inspections
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage the home budget
Current enhanced DBS check
Current driving licence
