We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join an expanding organisation, based in Rainhill, Merseyside.
The service you will be managing, will be a 3 bedded EBD children's residential home. The young people are between the ages of 12 and 17, who have EBD.
It will be your responsibility to manage the service, providing a nurturing and homely environment for the young people in your care.
Pay - £31,000 - £37,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
The role is open to both an experienced Registered Manager and ambitious Deputy Managers, looking for that next step.
The ideal candidate will have
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
3 Years experience working in a managerial role within children's residential care
Effective Leadership and people skills
Experience in taking part and leading inspections
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage the home budget
