The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour.

And an INCREDIBLE opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a Residential Service that promotes and protects the rights of individuals and ensures that the support given enables the service users to achieve maximum independence.
The successful candidate will want to work in an autonomous way, to achieve high quality outcomes for the individuals who are supported.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Rhyl (LL18 postcode)
Hours: Full-Time, 39 hours per week

About the Role:
You will be joining an established and experienced care team at a leading residential service as a Registered Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, and most importantly the wellbeing of the individuals within their care. This role is perfect for someone already working as a Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity to join an ambitious organisation. Duties will include budget management, recruitment, referrals, staff management, managing all legal and statutory requirements relating to the Regulation and Social Care 2016 Act and building and maintaining relationships with important stakeholders; family members, advocates, Local Authority commissioners and providers, Health Board commissioners and providers, and CIW.
Key Skills Required:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
- Experience in a residential home environment
- Full UK driving licence
