We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a well established organisation, to manage a brand new service based in Forton, Lancashire.
The service you will be managing, will be a new 5 bedded EBD children's residential home. The young people will be between the ages of 12 and 17, who have EBD.
This is an exciting opportunity to help manage a brand new service, putting your stamp on how the service will be run. You will be responsible for helping to turn the home into a nurturing and homely environment for the young people in your care.
Pay - £34,000 - £36,000
The ideal candidate will have
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
Either an experienced Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager.
Experience with OFSTED.
Effective Leadership and people skills
Experience in taking part and leading inspections
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage the home budget
