We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Children’s Residential Service providers to manage a Children's Residential home based in Sheffield.
The service you are joining offers a holistic and child-centred approach to the education and care of up to 2 7-19-year-olds. The children and young people you will be responsible for supporting have Autism and complex learning needs.

The organisation is looking to expand and is looking for a manager who can join and assist with the growth of the service. 
**Due to the nature of the job and the activities involved, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full drivers licence and a car**


Salary: £37,000 - £43,000
Location: Sheffield, plans to grow, potentially to Chesterfield
Hours: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent


About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead and develop the Children’s home provision, which is linked to a specialist SEN school and currently recognised by Ofsted as a ‘Good’ provider, the Registered Manager will aim to bring the service up to an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating. 

The Registered Manager will ensure that high levels of emotional, behavioural, therapeutic, physical (including sensory) and spiritual care, appropriate activities and homely and nurturing accommodation are planned, provided and delivered by all members of the home’s team in order to achieve the best outcome for children and young people, working collaboratively with the SEN school, linked with the home.

Key skills and qualifications
