Vetro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Registered Managers to join a well established Children's care provider.
The service you will be managing is a specialist service, that cares for young people with who display sexually harmful behaviour.
The current OFSTED inspection is 'GOOD with Outstanding features'.
The home is settled and currently has 4 young males who are based at the service.
Pay for the role is between £35,000 - £40,000, dependant on experience and qualifications.
The role is Mon-Fri, 9-5, with flexibility, due to the nature of the role.
The Manager is moving into a more Senior position, which is the reason for the vacancy.
To be considered, you will need the below
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience working with Children and Young People
- Either experience as a Registered Manager, or at least 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager
