Vetro Recruitment are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a well established organisation that specialises in care for Children.
The service we are recruiting for is based in Kendal, Cumbria. The service cares and supports Children who have experienced such things as neglect and abuse throughout their Childhood, which may have resulted in failed foster placements.
The home you will be managing is attached to a specialist school that aims to offer therapeutic care and education to the young people who attend.
The home you will be managing is a 12 bedded home, which gives the young people a chance to live in a community which is rich in therapeutic support.
The Registered Manager will have overall responsibility for the home, it is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED.
Registered Manager salary is up to £40,000
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9-5 with a degree of flexibility that comes with this type of role.
To be considered you will need a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for residential childcare (or equivalent) and have 2 years experience within the childcare residential setting, ideally with young people with similar backgrounds.
