Vetro Recruitment are extremely excited to be assisting with the recruitment for a brand new children's home. We are currently recruiting for the Registered Manager for the home.
The service will be based in Burnley and it will support young people from an EBD.
The service will offer a therapeutic approach and will offer this support to up to 6 young people.
As this is a new service, it will give you the unique opportunity to put your stamp on the service, assisting with everything from recruitment, referrals, training etc.
Salary £38,000-£50,000, dependant on experience and qualifications
Monday to Friday 9-5, with flexibility that comes with the role and with it being a brand new service.
● Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
● Residential Childcare experience within a children's home - minimum 3 years
● Supervision of Staff
● A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
