Salary: up to £52,000 (inclusive of bonus)

About the Role:
You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on this service which is looking for a full new staff team to run a 5-bed residential service. As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the residential service, and most importantly the wellbeing of the children and young people within their care.
This role is perfect for someone already working as a Deputy Manager looking for a new opportunity to join an ambitious organisation. Duties will include budget management, recruitment, referrals, staff management, managing and maintaining OFSTED registrations and standards, and ensuring the service offers therapeutic care and support.

- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
- Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
- Experience in a residential children's home environment
- Full UK driving licence
