I am now recruiting for a Residential Care Manager for an established Welsh organisation for their 30 bedded site in Swansea. This site is a part of a 98 bedded nursing home in the beautiful borough of Ystradgynlais.

Our client values are personal and they are looking for an approachable and empathetic individual to join their team. Reporting to the Home Manager your roles and responsibilities will include managing a team of care staff and looking after the needs of the residents. This is a full time role and you will be mentored and coached to our clients high standard of care.

The needs of the residents are low care and you will be supported by a team of already longstanding staff. In order to be considered, you must obtain a Level 5 in Home Management or be working towards this qualification.

Annual Salary: £23,000 - £24,000

  • Hours per week: 44 hours per week 22 hours of which are management
