Vetro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a new Residential Home Manager, to manage a service that offers specialist residential care and support for up to 5 young adults aged 18-30 with complex mental health needs, based in Stockport.
You will overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 5 bedded residential home for adolescent young people with mental health needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the service is managed and operated within CQC standards.
Maintaining the quality of care,
Recruitment and training of staff,
You will also be responsible for ensure all people under you care are being physically, socially and psychologically supported.
Pay for the role is between £28,000 - £39,610.
Full time, 37.5 hour contract.
To be considered you will need the below:
Minimum 12 months' residential supervisory management experience.
Worked with challenging behaviours
NVQ Level 3, NVQ Level 5 is desirable.
