Our client is set in a beautiful rural location, a quiet, calm setting in Hampshire's countryside. The school is easily accessible by car and has good links to the M3, M4 and train station.
The successful applicants will share our clients passion for making a real difference in the lives of the younge people you are working with. Be committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
The roles we have available range and include working term time only within the school environment, school hours, working within the children's homes for a mixture of day, night and general shift work hours. We also have work within the school and the children's homes onsite combined working on a permanent basis, or taking on shifts on a week by week basis.
Our client has a great reputation for staff training and development and is also looking for flexible staff members to cover staff shortages and holidays, full time contractors as well as the permanent vacancies across its settings.
Main duties within our vacancy:
- Supporting young people with specialist educational needs
- Ability to work well across a mixture of age groups, needs and abilities
- Able to work confidently with a range of challenging behaviour.
- Enable pupils to develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible, so they can enjoy their lives and make real life choices as they reach adulthood.
