We have an INCREDIBLE opportunity for a Senior care assistant to join a PASSIONATE team caring for those with dementia, you’ll be working as a part of a great site that looks after 45 individuals in individual rooms 

Seniors are part of the management team and this is a great opportunity for those people that aspire to want to make a difference to those with dementia.  

Salary: £14,137 - £14,414 
Location: Telford (TF7 Post code) 
Contract: Permanent 
Hours: 28 Hours P/W
Shift pattern: 7.30 - 15.00 / 14.30 - 22.00. Shifts are run on a 2 weekly rota

As a senior care assistant you will be responsible for:
  • You will be an experienced care worker ideally with your NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • A willingness to help others and a caring nature
  • You will be a natural caregiver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
  • Due to the nature of this role flexibility and taking initiative is desidred as no two days are the same.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People is ESSENTIAL   
  • Experience in a similar care setting is DESIRABLE
