We are looking for both full and part time permanent Senior Day Support Workers OR Senior Waking Night Support Workers; on behalf of a leading UK charity who support autistic adults by providing support and promoting independence near Highbridge, Somerset. Interviews are being held on approximately the 18th April.
The job is located on the outskirts of Highbridge between Weston-super-Mare and Bridgwater, 2.5 miles from Burnham-on-Sea. Within touching distance of the M5 motorway, A370 and A38 roads all pass within a mile or less from its base. * Car drivers desirable due to rural locations.
The residential setting is set in a peaceful, rural and quiet area providing support and promoting independence for adults with autism within a small group home & flat supporting 5 residents. You will have previous experience supporting people with Autism and ideally leading a support team. You will be a person centred, fun & engaging Senior Support Worker required.
Hours & Pay
Days: Shifts fall between the hours of 7am - 10pm - Full Time Only 40PW
Waking Nights: 37PW Full Time or 18PW Part Time
Alternate weekends & fixed working rota.
£9.04 per hour inc. holiday entitlement
