On behalf of my Client I am looking to recruit a Team Leader/ Senior Support Worker to join their Children's Residential Homes, based in Wigan.
The home is a 4 bedded service, caring for Children and Young People who have had traumatic experiences during their childhood, which in cases has led to attachment or behaviour difficulties.
As a Team Leader/ Senior Support Worker it will be your responsibility to work with these young people and support them through their day to day lives.
Team Leader/ Senior Support Worker pay:
- £9.69 per hour - qualified (NVQ LEVEL 3 CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE).
Sleep in allowance:
- £36 per sleep - Monday to Thursday
- £50 per sleep - Friday to Sunday
We are looking for candidates to work either full time.
Sleeps are expected with the role, however, not expected on every shift. Full time employees can expect to do 11 shifts/ sleeps per month.
To apply for the Support Worker role you will need
- Experience in Children's residential support work.
- Ideally experience with Children with EBD
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Driving licence and willing to drive
