On behalf of my Client I am looking to recruit Senior Support Workers (Team Leaders), to join their Children's residential service, based in Hesketh Bank, Lancashire
The residential home cares and supports for Children and Young People with emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviours. The service is a 2 bedded service, but currently has 1 YP.
The service is rated GOOD by Ofsted.
As a Senior Support Worker it will be your responsibility to work with these young people and support them through their day to day live, as well as support the Registered Manager to ensure the home meets OFSTED regulations.
Shift patterns will be working 2 on, 3 off, 8am - 10pm.
Pay for the role is between £29000 - £32000, this is broken down to a basic salary of £20,000 to £23,000 plus sleep in rate of £75 pound per sleep in, which equates to an additional 9,000 a year.
Contracted hours are 40, however, they will consider people who want part time hours.

- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
- Experience in Children's residential
- Experience with challenging behaviours
- Drivers and portable DBS' are desirable.
