Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrator to join their busy team on the outskirts of Cardiff. As part of the role, the successful candidate will provide a wide range of business support services; including diary management, to a team of senior managers.
Deal with telephone and email enquiries
Coordinate all business support duties in the department
Coordinate travel arrangements for senior managers
Create reports and presentations
Coordinate internal and external meetings; including booking meeting rooms, arranging agendas, preparing papers and ordering catering
Use SAP finance system for invoicing
Undertake business support projects as required
Handle confidential information with discretion
Diary management for senior managers
Experience & Qualifications;
Good standard of education, including GCSEs or equivalent
Relevant business support qualification desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer liaison skills
Highly flexible and adaptable
Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP
