The service that we are recruiting for is part of a nationwide organisation that can offer you the chance to either start or continue a career in care, offering you training, support and the opportunity to undertake a variety of different qualifications.
You would be supporting within a children's residential home that is linked with a nearby specialist school. You will be required to support at both the residential home and specialist school, offering you a chance to support in different environments.
Locations for the Support Worker jobs include - Leyland, Ribbleton, Penwortham, Lostock Hall and Haighton
Salary and shift details:
£8.33p/h + £35 per sleep.
You would be expected to offer personal care.
The homes operate a rolling 3 week rota.
A typical early shift would be 07:30-15:30 and a late shift 15:30-22:00. You will work a combination of early and late shifts as assigned by the house manager.

You also the opportunity to earn an additional £35 for a sleep-in shift, as well as the possibility of overtime.
