Support Worker Details: we are currently looking for a number of Support Workers to join a nationwide, well established Charity that provide high quality person centred tailored care and support to Adults with Learning Disabilities. This is a Temporary to Permanent job.
Current CQC report - OUTSTANDING.
The service is based in L13, Liverpool
The Adults we are looking for Support Workers to care have varying needs and disabilities, many use wheelchairs and would need help with personal care and moving and handling. (Training provided).
Pay rate - £8.50 - £9.00 per hour
We are looking for support workers for day hours (early and late shifts between 8am - 10pm) and waking night support worker (8pm to 8am or 10pm to 10am)
You will be required offer flexibility across various shift patterns and in return will get market leading terms and benefits
Essential Medical care courses (where required).
28 days paid holidays(including bank holidays) given in the first year, rising to 33 days in the second year
Guaranteed Contracted Hours + Paid Over Time
Travel time and mileage paid between sites
A Full two weeks paid Induction & Shadowing & training

Successful applicants will help to help facilitate and enable all individuals in creating a home and enabling them to maximise their independence through the acquisition of new skills and increased social integration.
Essential Skills, Experience & Attitude:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in working with adults who have learning/multiple disabilities living in the community or experience of working within a Nursing Home or Hospital setting and/or busy environment of care provider.
- A positive Attitude, ability and willingness to work in a busy environment.
