A rewarding and varied support worker job has become available within our Portsmouth supported living and residential care units, specifically for adults with learning and physical disabilities. This is a varied role paying £8.21 - £9.15 per hour. We are looking for day support workers, waking night support workers and weekend and evening support workers. If you are looking for either part or full time hours within the Portsmouth area we would love to hear from you.

Our clients work closely with the vulnerable adults, their parents, carers and professionals to complete and deliver tailored care plans to ensure each service user reaches their full potential.
Main duties within our Support Worker vacancies:
- Supporting clients within the residential home
