Support Worker / Adults / Liverpool

Vetro are currently recruiting for a support worker to join an adult residential service in Old Swan, Liverpool.

The service provides care, and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, and other complex mental health needs.
The ideal support worker will have a real passion for care and the ability to deliver a high level of therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation to each resident. You will need to be committed, passionate, and able to engage with the residents.
Shifts: day shifts, usually 7 hours however there is an opportunity for 14 hour shifts should you wish to do them.
Pay: £11.44 per hour.

About the Role
Your role will involve providing specialist care to adults (18 ) who have Learning disabilities and Complex Mental Health needs. You will be required to assist with the day time routine, monitor the residents during the night and help with issues that might occur.

Requirements

• Previous Support Worker experience
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Right to work in the UK
• Must be flexible and willing to work shifts and weekends.
