Support Worker: Support Workers required to join a growing, ambitious Charity that provide high quality person centred tailored care and support to Adults with Learning Disabilities, based in the L7 area of Liverpool.
Current CQC report on the service - OUTSTANDING.
Applications are encouraged from Support Workers who's DBS is on the update service and are available to pick up shifts on an immediate basis. We have interview dates w/c 16th September
We are looking for support workers for day hours (early and late shifts between 8am - 10pm) who are available to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis with a view to move to a permanent contract.
We will consider applicants from all care backgrounds but experience working with adults with learning disabilities would be an advantage.
Successful Support Worker applicants will help to help facilitate and support all individuals in creating a home and enabling them to maximise their independence through the acquisition of new skills and increased social integration.
Essential Medical care courses (where required).
28 days paid holidays(including bank holidays) given in the first year, rising to 33 days in the second year

Service users have varying physical and health needs and personal care will be required.
You will be required offer flexibility across various shift patterns and in return will get market leading terms and benefits.
Essential Skills, Experience & Attitude:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in working with adults who have learning/multiple disabilities living in the community or experience of working within a Nursing Home or Hospital setting and/or busy environment of care provider.
- A positive Attitude, ability and willingness to work in a busy environment.
