Our client; a small supported living home for adults with learning difficulties in the centre of Totton; Southampton, are looking for a day support worker to join their small friendly team on a full time basis. This client requires bank support worker to cover a variety of hours on a week by week basis, giving you the flexibility to work the days that suit you on a weekly basis. This job is paying £8.21- £9.15 / hour. Waking nights and day time hours are all on offer.
Our client provides thorough ongoing training and support and believes in developing staff on an ongoing basis to aid strong personal career development.
Our client; a supported living home for up to 6 residence is looking for a support worker who has experience supporting those with challenging and sometime unpredictable behaviours. You may only have a small amount of experience in the sector but with the right attitude our client can provide all the training you need to work comfortably in this role.
Proact SKIPr training will be given to the successful candidate, if you wish to progress into a more stable contract.

Main duties within our Support Worker vacancies:
- Supporting clients within a supported living unit in Totton.
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Supporting clients within day groups and social activities
- Assisting with Personal Care

- Dealing with challenging behaviours

- Working a mixture of early and late shifts, weekend and waking night work are also available.
