Support Workers required for a 4 bed residential service working with young people with physical and learning disabilities
Driving licence Essential due to rural nature of service
Support Worker with sleeps - 24 hour shifts this is based on 169 hours and an expected average of 8 sleeps a month - £20,998 - £23,533 per annum
Support Worker without sleeps - Mixture of shifts of 14.00-23.00 and 10.30-23.00 but with no sleeps, based in 169 hours per month, £17,238 - £19,773 per annum
Team leader, 169 hours average of 8 sleeps these are 24 hours shifts and on target earnings of between £24,040- £27,082
Successful applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and be able to work on a shift/rota basis including evenings, weekends to fulfil the role.
Possessing the Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent is desirable. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and qualities for such a role working with the young people resident in this home
You must also be comfortable with personal care
