Due to the extensive training and induction given we will consider applications from applicants who do not have paid experience within social care so please state why you would be interested in a career in care on your application.
The young people you will be supporting attend a nearby SEN school so there are opportunities to work between the college and the residential services as well.
We have both day and waking night roles available so please state your availability on your application.
Shifts / Rota
You will work on a rolling rota either -
Days - 7.30am - 4pm and 3.30pm - 10.00pm
Nights - 9.45pm - 7.45am
Experience working in a Support Worker or Health Care Assistant position is desirable but not essential
Car drivers are desirable but not essential
Being comfortable with personal care is essential
