We are recruiting for Deputy Managers, Senior Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers to join a large Childrens organisation who provide residential care and education for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The young people are cared for and nurtured from values obtained from the House Model of Parenting and you can apply these methods by obtaining the knowledge and skills from the companies extensive training programme.
The homes are located in Telford, Shropshire and the surrounding areas, including Oswestry, Ludlow and
Shavington. There are various job vacancies available with great developmental opportunities and growth.
There are various shift patterns available for this organisation with options of full 24 hour shifts and waking nights dependent on role and location.
Senior Support Worker - Deputy Home Manager
Annual salary: £21,200 - £26,000 dependent on experience
with £28 per night sleep in allowance
Opportunity to take a foundation degree in therapeutic child care
2 X 24 hour shifts per week = **5 DAYS OFF A WEEK**
Permanent full-time role, flexible working week
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People is required for this role - or Level 3 in Children's Residential Care
Waking Nights Support Worker
Annual salary: £15,353.00 - £19,695.00 dependent on experience
Some relevant care experience required but flexible of qualifications
Permanent full-time role, waking nights

Fully funded NVQ Level 3 opportunity
