Support Worker Details: On behalf of my Client I am looking to recruit a suitably experienced Support Workers to join one of their Residential Homes for young people with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours, based in either Ormskirk or Widness.

The homes are 2 to 4 bedded services, caring for Children and Young People with Learning difficulties and as a result of these challenging behaviours.

As a Support Worker it will be your responsibility to work with these young people and support them through their day to day lives.

This is an established provider with an excellent reputation in Merseyside with a change for progression to senior roles for the right applicants.

You will receive extensive training throughout your first 6 months and there is opportunities for support though relevant qualifications as your progressive within the organisation

Shifts are based on a 2 week rolling rota based on long days (8am - 11pm or earlies 7am - 3pm or lates 3pm - 11pm)

- Experience in Children's residential- Experience with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours would be ideal

- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People is also desirable

Drivers and portable DBS' are desirable.
