Location: Shurdington
Salary: £16,392 plus sleeps at £30 p/sleep - total salary approx. £17,832
Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Mon - Sun, 7.30am - 3pm, 2.45pm - 10.15pm, 1 x sleep per week

We currently have an opportunity to support adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs in a 4 bed mixed service, on the outskirts of Cheltenham. Only 4 minutes from the M5, the service which is easily accessible, supports adults from the age of 18 - 65 to flourish and enjoy an excellent quality of life.

What you will do:

You will provide support with daily life skills, personal care, and social skills as well as promoting equality and diversity. General household tasks, cooking, shopping will be required.

Qualities and skills:

" Previous experience in a care or support setting
" Previous experience in providing personal care
" Committed to enabling people to live a full and active life.
" Able to motivate others.
" Good written and verbal communication skills.
" Able to develop individual care plans and risk assessments.
" Able to lone work and work as part of a team.
" A driver with access to a car is essential.
