We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading charities who support young people and adults with complex learning needs aged 18 - 65. Not only will you get a comprehensive induction, you will also get the opportunity to complete your QCF Level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care, fully funded!
You will be supporting adults to achieve their full potential. We provide session in different activities including cooking, woodwork, horticulture, IT and employment skills.

Salary: £16,250 entry level salary (overtime available)
Hours: Full Time
Shift Pattern: 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday
Location: Highbridge / Brent Knoll
As a support worker you will be expected to work in the employment and enterprise centre to support individuals to reach their full potential. You may be expected to carry out certain personal care duties.
