Vetro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Manager to join a well established Children and Young People care provider.
The service is based in Nantwich and cares for 2 Young people, ages 16-25, who have come from a care background, largely from and EBD background.
Pay for the role is between £20,000 - £22,000 (plus sleeps), dependant on experience and qualifications.
You will work on a 2:4 pattern - paid as a salary for 40 hours a week working on a banked hours system. Pattern works two on four off, each shift followed by a sleep as and when required.
Sleeps are paid at an extra £34 per sleep.
To be considered, you will need the below
Either NVQ Level 3 or NVQ Level 5.
Experience working with Children and Young People
Experience working with challenging behaviours.
Experience in a managerial role.
