Team Leader: We require an experienced Assistant House Manager / Team Leader to work in an Residential Children's Home working with young people with autism based in Leyland in Lancashire.

As a member of the residential support care team you will provide residential care for boys and girls aged 6 to 19 who have mild, moderate and severe autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex learning needs and challenging behaviour.
Working with the Registered House Manager, you will effectively lead the team of support workers and senior support workers and enable the delivery of care and education to the young people within the service.
Pay - £21,000 per year plus overtime
Shift Patterns -The working patterns are two weekends off in six, early and late shifts during the week are 7.30am until 4.15pm or 3.45pm until 10pm. Weekend shifts are 7.30am until 2.30pm and 2pm until 10pm.

- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
- Experience as a Senior and above
- Ideally drive.
