Residential Team Leader required to join an established Residential Service in Wythenshawe, supporting young adults between the ages of 9 - 19 with Autism and Learning Disabilities
Are you a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, looking to move into a Leadership position?

Salary: £25,054 - £28,096
Location: Wythenshawe

Successful applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and be able to work on a shift/rota basis including evenings, weekends to fulfil the role.
Possessing the Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent is Essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and qualities for such a role working with the young people resident in this home

Duties and Responsibilities
To lead and motivate your team.
To prepare and operate a rota system that will ensure suitable levels of safety, security and care and oversight for the children cared for in your establishment.
Ensuring that children’s records are maintained accurately and within agreed timescales.

Attend to the personal care needs of young people.
To supervise your team in accordance with the Company’s supervision policies.
To be an active and positive member of the establishment’s management team.

Experience and Qualifications 
Must hold a current valid full driving licence.
Previous Residential Childcare experience is essential 
Possessing a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce is essential.
Be able to work on a shift/rota basis
Happy to undergo an enhanced DBS certificate upon appointment.
Salary Includes Sleep Ins - average 2 per week
