Team Leader / Senior Support Worker Jobs / Support Worker jobs / Macclesfield
Suitably experienced team leader required for a 4 bed residential service working with young people with physical and learning disabilities - the home has a very stable staff team and we are looking to add a team leader to the service due to a new young person that required some additional care requirements
We also require a Team Leader for the same service paying up to £26,000 depending on experience
We also require 2 x Support Workers for the service - Support Worker salary is between £17,000 to £19,800 depending on experience
Successful Support Worker applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and be able to work on a shift/rota basis including evenings, weekends to fulfil the role.
Possessing the Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent is Essential for this role.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and qualities for such a role working with the young people resident in this home and have at least 1 years experience in a similar management position within residential care
