An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic therapy manager, to join our busy, but fulfilling rehabilitation service, an award winning multi-disciplinary team who provide leading care in the field of brain injury and neurological conditions. 
The successful candidate will operationally manage a team of approximately 20 strong, composed of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists and Therapy Assistants. You will work closely with the Rehabilitation Manager, the Clinical Nursing Managers and the Community Team Manager with the opportunity to lead on projects/initiatives both within the therapy and the wider company framework as appropriate. 

Therapy Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: £33,637 Pro rata 
Position: Part time (flexible across 3-4 days, 22 hours per week)
The successful candidate must be a HCPC registered Allied Health Professional (OT/PT/SALT) with managerial experience of working within a therapy team. 
 You will have proven ability to understand, listen to people, motivate and work alongside others to deliver an effective and timely service with well trained, prepared and happy staff. 
You will be effective in empowering your team and promoting innovative ways of working and seek opportunities “outside the box”.
