Are you a PASSIONATE and DRIVEN Children’s Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Or are you an AMBITIOUS children’s home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a residential home in Bodmin? Do you want to work in one of the most beautiful children’s homes in the South West?
The service is looking for a manager to take over the leadership within their stunning EBD home in Bodmin. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home with the support of the experienced senior leadership team.
Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children’s service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.
**Due to the nature of the job and the activities involved, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full driver's licence and a car**
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000

Hours: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent

Requirements of the Children's Home Manager:
? NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
? NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
? Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
? Experience in a residential children's home environment
? Full UK driving licence
