Role and Responsibilities
- Operations Manager
- Well-established organisation with over 10 homes
- Potentially pick up RI responsibilities
- Covering 3 children's homes for children and young people with LD
- Homes are in Sheffield, Huddersfield and potentially Salford
- Office is in Leeds, but can use closest home as main location
- Looking for 6 month contract, potential of become permanent
- £65,000 - £75,000 + bonuses, pro-rata
- Open to people with Operations Management experience
- Ideally full-time, could looking at part-time, no less than 3 days a week
- Would potentially consider a consultant RIs, to become the RI over 2 existing homes
