Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with foster carers to ensure high-quality care
- Ensure all foster carers meet Ofsted standards and statutory KPIs, maintaining compliance
- Gather evidence to demonstrate positive outcomes achieved for children in foster care
- Actively contribute to a team culture focused on continuous improvement and best practice
- Provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and support to foster carers, promoting their development
- Participate in reflective practice and team meetings to support service excellence
What is on Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 plus Performance Related Pay (PRP) scheme
- Work/Life Balance: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, typically 9 am – 5 pm
- Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work from home with 1-2 days per week at the regional office for meetings and training
- Out of Hours (OOH) Duty: On-call rota (1:6 weeks) with additional payment of £150 per week when on duty

What You Will Bring:
- A recognised Social Work Qualification (Essential)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar social work role (Essential)
- A personality and values aligned with a supportive, kind, and solutions-focused culture
- Experience in undertaking Form F Assessments (Desirable)
- Experience working within the Independent Fostering Sector (Desirable)
