Vetro Social Care are actively seeking experienced Adults Learning Disability Support Workers to work within a service. The service users are aged 18 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.

Hours: Part-time and Full-time positions available, including day, night, and sleep shifts.
Pay: £13.68 per hour (including holiday pay).
Key Responsibilities:

Providing therapeutic care and support to adults (18+) with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Observing, monitoring, and recording patient conditions.

Treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

Assisting residents with their progression through a care pathway to maximize independence.

Supporting residents in the community, including attending activities and hobbies (requires a driver's license and access to own vehicle).

Requirements:

A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.

Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.

Minimum 6 months of experience working within a social care setting.

Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

Right to work in the UK.

Essential: Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle.
