About the role:

Vetro Care supports a portfolio of key clients based in Wales and the South West of England with ad-hoc and volume permanent recruitment requirements.  Due to increasing demand and a number of new clients, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to come and join the team at our Caerphilly head office.

This is a great opportunity to join the award-winning recruitment and be part of something really exciting.

Duties will include:

• Identifying and engaging with Support Workers and care staff.

• Visiting key clients to review and understand their permanent requirements.

• Attracting Support Workers to your client's requirements and ethos.

• Advertising on job boards, social media and our website.

• Interviewing Support Workers.

• CV formatting, discussing the CV's with your client and arranging interviews. 

• Supporting our candidates and clients through the recruitment process. 

• Candidate interview support and guidance.

Person required:

• Someone with experience within a sales environment

• Someone that is driven by earning potential and earn commission

• Someone happy working in a fast-paced, driven, targeted environment that is fun and rewards going the extra mile

• Someone ambitious, wanting to fast-track a career with a rapidly growing company

• Team Player

• Articulate and professional in presentation and application to the role

• Good attention to detail

• Process-driven

• Car driver preferred.
