About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing office in Liverpool. Your team will be providing staffing support to Health Care and Nursing organisations across Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire where we have client agreements already in place.

Duties will include:

  • Manage, support and grow the Liverpool nursing team

  • Manage the highest level of service to existing PSL agreements and identify and convert new opportunities 

  • Support the team in identifying and engaging with Nurses and support staff to work in Hospitals and Nursing Homes.

  • Visiting key clients (Private and NHS) to review and understand their requirements.

  • Manage the team to support our candidates and clients through the recruitment process. 

  • Ensuring industry-specific compliance checks are carried out to the highest standards

  • Identifying and engaging with Nurses and support staff to work in Hospitals and Nursing Homes.

Person required:

  • Senior Health or Senior Nursing Recruitment Consultant experience

  • Management experience

  • Knowledge of the Nursing sector is essential

  • Ambitious to fast-track career with a young, rapidly growing company with lots of opportunities.
