About the role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent recruitment team in Caerphilly.

Vetro Care supports clients across the UK with ad-hoc and volume permanent recruitment requirements. We are looking for someone to join the team to continue the growth across the UK.

About you:

You must be someone that is hungry, ambitious and would like to forge a career in recruitment. We offer an uncapped commission scheme so we would expect you to be driven, resilient, hardworking and ambitious. The best-suited person will either be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant or someone with proven B2B sales and business development experience.

Duties and requirements:

​

• Identifying and engaging with new and existing Children and Adult service providers

• Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them

• Attracting Support Workers and Managers that are matched to the client's requirements and ethos

• Advertising on job boards, social media and our website

• Interviewing Support Workers and other Care Professionals

• Filling vacancies on a contract and ad-hoc basis

Person required:

​

• Someone with experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or within a Business to Business Sales role

• Someone that wants to earn commission

• Someone happy working in a fast-paced, driven, targeted environment that is fun and rewards going the extra mile

• Someone ambitious, wanting to fast-track a career with a rapidly growing company

• Team Player

• Articulate and professional in presentation and application to the role

• Good attention to detail

• Process-driven

• Car driver essential
