About the role: 


We are looking for a Manager to open and run our education business in our Swansea office. The opportunity for the right person would be to oversee a team that recruits for schools across West Wales.  The long-term objective of the role could offer a pathway to Divisional Manager / Associate Director. 

About you:

You must be someone who has a proven track record in Education Recruitment.  You will be either a Senior Consultant looking to progress into management or a Manager looking for a new development opportunity.

You will report to, be mentored and be managed by the Associate Director of the Education division who will support you in your personal and professional development. The opportunity presents huge opportunities for growth and with the support of the senior management team, we would see this role presenting an opportunity to work up to the Divisional Manager position.


Duties and requirements:

  • Establish and Manage a team of recruitment consultants with a view to growing the team.
  • Identifying and engaging with existing and new Schools in the West of Wales.
  • Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them.
  • Filling vacancies on a day-to-day and long-term basis, managing the process from application to start dates
  • Implement and lead a clear growth strategy.
  • Implement and manage candidate attraction strategy.


Person required:

  • Someone with experience as an agency recruiter within the Education sector
  • Someone who would like to progress within an ambitious award-winning company
